The Clippers were 29-53 last season but they have really improved the roster and they have added a coach in Vinny Del Negro who is 2 for 2 on getting teams to the NBA Playoffs in his career. Optimism abounds in L.A. and I’m jumping on the bandwagon. I would take the over as far as Clippers’ wins this year as I think they have a legit shot at the playoffs in Blake Griffin’s rookie year. Even though I’m on the bandwagon I would pass on making a wager on the Clippers to win the NBA Championship (125-1).

This is the team to bet on to win a lot of cash this season as the Clippers are loaded with quality depth up and down the roster. The only thing that could derail this team this season is a big rash of injuries. I look for the Clippers to be over .500 this season and not only make it to the playoffs but he a threat to win a series in the first round. Put your money down on the Clippers to easily win more than 36 games this season.
