Los Angeles Clippers 87, San Antonio Spurs 103
The Los Angeles Clippers (12-15) did some things right against the San Antonio Spurs (15-10), but they could not keep up with the Spurs’ hot shooting. Chris Kaman was the only Clipper to have a big game, getting 23 points and 15 rebounds. Rasual Butler was a nice boost off the bench with 18 points, but the Clippers needed more out of their other starters. Tim Duncan only had 13 points for the Spurs, but they had seven players in double-figures including three off the bench. Tony Parker led with 19 points on 7-11 shooting. The Spurs hit 51% of their shots compared to 44% for the Clippers, so the Clippers just couldn’t keep up with the Spurs scoring last night.
