The Clippers won this game when it looked impossible after three quarters with them down 81-65, but, then they exploded outscoring the Grizzlies 33-7 in the 4th quarter to win the game. The Clippers shot 50% from the floor last night and they outrebounded the Grizzlies 47-30 which were big reasons for the win. Eric Gordon led the way for the Clippers last night with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Al Thornton pitched in with 18 points and 6 rebounds. Marcus Camby filled up the stat sheet with 14 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocked shots. The Clippers are now 8-10 on the year.

Los Angeles Clippers 104, Detroit Pistons 96

The Clippers shot 58.7% from the floor and they outscored the Pistons 30-21 in the 4th quarter to pull away and win the game. Chris Kaman led the way for the Clippers last night with 26 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Baron Davis did a outstanding job of running the offense with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Al Thornton pitched in with 19 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists last night. The Clippers are now 7-10 on the season.

The Clippers only shot 32.2% from the floor last night but it wasn’t until the 4th quarter when the Clippers were outscored 31-14 that did them in. Baron Davis led the way for the Clippers last night with 25 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Marcus Camby had a great all-around game for the Clippers last night as he stuffed the stat sheet with 15 points, 21 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocked shots. Chris Kaman was only 3 of 19 shooting last night and he had 5 turnovers. He still finished up with 10 points and 10 rebounds last night. The Clippers are now 6-10 on the year.

Los Angeles Clippers 91, Minnesota Timberwolves 87

Al Thornton led the way for the Los Angeles Clippers (6-9) Monday night as they squeezed out a win against the terrible Minnesota Timberwolves (1-13).  Thornton had 31 points on 11-16 shooting and added 10 rebounds and an assist.  Marcus Camby had a double-double, with 12 points and 18 rebounds.  Baron Davis had a terrible night, but he came through when the Clippers needed him most.  With the shot-clock running down and the Clippers only up 2, Davis drove to the hoop and scored a contested lay-up with 8 seconds left to seal the win.  It was Davis’ first field goal of the game, as he went 1-10 from the field.  Chris Kaman added 15 points and 7 rebounds, but he was off tonight as well hitting only 6-20 shots.  The defense did a good job tonight since the shooting was not great, forcing 21 turnovers and holding the Timberwolves to only 14 points in the 4th quarter.  Rookie Johnny Flynn was the T’Wolves top player, getting 17 points, 5 assists, and a steal.

The Clippers outran the Nuggets last night at the Staples Center. Rasual Butler led the way for the Clippers with 27 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in 34 minutes off the bench last night. Al Thornton pitched in with 18 points and 1 rebound in 30 minutes for the Clippers. Chris Kaman pitched in with 13 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 blocked shots last night. The Clippers are now 5-9 on the year.

Memphis Grizzlies 106, Los Angeles Clippers 91

The Clippers didn’t play any defense last night as the Grizzlies shot 54.3% from the floor last night and it killed the them on the scoreboard. Baron Davis led the way for the Clippers last night with 23 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. Chris Kaman pitched in with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Ricky Davis played 25 minutes off the bench last night and he responded with 12 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Craig Smith was also solid off the bench for the Clippers last night with 12 points and 4 rebounds in only 23 minutes. The Clippers are now 4-9 on the year.

The Los Angeles Clippers lose Kareem Rush for the year

The Clippers have lost back up guard Kareem Rush for the season with a torn ACL in his right knee. Rush played in 7 games (0 starts) for the Clippers last night and he averaged 8.3 minutes, 1.3 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game. The Clippers will likely give Rush’s minutes to Ricky Davis and that is likely a good thing.

The Clippers were outrebounded 51-36 last night and that really helped do them in on the scoreboard. Al Thornton led the way for the Clippers last night with 30 points and 4 rebounds. Baron Davis only shot 7 of 21 from the floor but he still finished up with 23 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists. Chris Kaman pitched in with 17 points and 6 rebounds last night. The Clippers are now 4-8 on the year.

The Clippers outscored the Thunder 26-17 in the 4th quarter and they held the Thunder to 38.8% shooting from the floor which were the biggest reasons for the win last night. Chris Kaman led the way as usual for the Clippers with 25 points and 7 rebounds last night. Baron Davis did a good job of directing the offense as he finished with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. Al Thornton pitched in with 20 points and 5 rebounds last night. The Clippers are now 4-7 on the year.

The Clippers were actually winning this game 54-45 at the half before the roof caved in on them! The Clippers didn’t play any defense last night as the Raptors shot 51.3% from the floor and it killed the Clippers in the end. Chris Kaman led the way for the Clippers last night with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocked shots. Baron Davis also had a decent game with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists.
