Corey Maggette playing well off the bench

Blogged under Front Page,Steppin Up by Nothing but Net on Tuesday 19 December 2006 at 5:11 am

It was kinda odd when Corey Maggette kept telling the coach that he didn’t want to start anymore. It seems as if he really plays better off the bench. His scoring is down a little as he is averaging 14.1 points per game, but he’s also snatching 6.4 rebounds and dishing 1.4 assists out per game so far this season. He’s very aggressive on offense so his free-throw shooting (82.7%) has really been an asset so far.

Blogged under Front Page,Rookie Reports by Nothing but Net on Wednesday 13 December 2006 at 1:50 am

Rookie center Paul Davis isn’t getting much playing time, but that’s because the Clippers are a veteran team. Davis has played in 10 games and has averaged 6.4 minutes, 2.5 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game so far this season. Davis is hitting 57.9% of his shots from the floor so far this season.
